MCH Interiors has a staff compliment of 78 employees comprising skilled artisans, general workers and management. More than 50% of the workforce has been with the company for 10 years and longer.

The workforce comprises skilled artisans and labourers that are divided into teams dedicated to manufacturing and site installations and shopfitting maintenance. The experience and dedication of the workforce enables us to produce quality products and project installations wherever our clients require our services.

Our installations teams have worked nationally in major retail centres in South Africa and across our borders in neighbouring countries. Our artisans and general labour are registered with the Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC) and through both the company’s and the employee’s contributions, the employees enjoy the fringe benefits that the council offers including medical and retirement benefits.
